Universal says Isaias and Sally full retention events with $58mn net impact
Universal Insurance Holdings has become the latest Florida-based carrier to release third quarter catastrophe loss figures, estimating a total net impact of $58mn pre-tax and $44mn after tax from Hurricanes Isaias and Sally that look set to attach its reinsurance protection.
