UK to fast-track whiplash insurance claims via new test case
The UK’s Court of Appeal is to hear the first two cases on mixed injury claims – those involving both whiplash and non-whiplash injuries – via an expedited test case which the insurance sector and regulators hope will bring clarity to new rules over policyholder compensation.
