UK insurers ordered to help policyholders with cost of living crisis
The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has told insurers to step up support and do more to help customers struggling with the ongoing cost of living crisis, warning it will quickly move to protect policyholders where poor practice is found.
