UK insurance public-private partnerships in cross-hairs of new UK government CLG unit

The UK government is creating a specialist new unit tasked with ensuring HM Treasury is paid for the £400bn+ ($550bn+) of contingent liabilities which it incurs as the UK’s “insurer of last resort”, The Insurer can reveal.
