UK govt and Lloyd’s live events Covid scheme only made one payment
The UK government-backed Live Events Reinsurance Scheme, designed to cover venues, promoters and artists from Covid-related cancellation costs for live events, paid out just one claim while producing premiums of £5.9mn across coverage for 169 events.
