TWIA decides against $692mn ILW as it looks to place $1.04bn traditional reinsurance
The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association will not move forward with a potential $692mn ILW after its board decided against the purchase above the 1-in-100-year PML level that it has already agreed to buy to, which will include $1.04bn of traditional reinsurance.
