Truist CEO: Insurance synergies with banking operations have hit “inflection point”

Truist Financial CEO Bill Rogers said the work his company has undertaken to leverage client relationships between its banking and insurance units has hit an “inflection point”, with its “integrated relationship management” (IRM) strategy expected to yield a “significant increase” in new business in the year ahead.
