Tower expects Auckland floods to trigger NZ$934mn reinsurance cover
New Zealand-based insurer Tower Limited has said it expects that the flooding which impacted Auckland and parts of the upper North Island will trigger its NZ$934mn ($590mn) reinsurance cover for catastrophe events.
