Toa Re adds Kavula and Brown to treaty exec team
Toa Re America has continued to add to its bench strength under Dick Sanford with the hiring of David Kavula from Everest Re and Kim Brown from Munich Re, both as senior vice presidents of treaty underwriting, as it looks to build out its capabilities and diversify its portfolio.
