Title insurtech Doma being taken private in ~$275mn TRG merger deal
Title Resources Group (TRG) is acquiring San Francisco-based title insurance insurtech Doma Holdings in a deal that values the insurtech’s equity at around $84mn, but with an enterprise value including debt somewhere in the range of $250mn to $300mn.
