TigerRisk’s Herriott appeals Willis Re preliminary injunction award
TigerRisk partner Paul Herriott has appealed a preliminary injunction awarded to Willis Re earlier this month in litigation filed shortly after he left the Willis Towers Watson reinsurance broking subsidiary in January.
