The Hartford’s Swift details plans to grow property book where it has been “under-indexed”
Chris Swift has reiterated his plans to grow The Hartford’s commercial property business, saying that the carrier has grown its premiums in this area by 23 percent and generated 15 percent rate increases in 2023, and is targeting $2.5bn in written premiums on the year.
