Talanx acquires Liberty LatAm operations in ~€1.38bn deal

German Holding Company Talanx Group has become the third-largest P&C insurer in Latin America after acquiring a number of Liberty Mutual’s businesses in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador.
