Swiss Re’s iptiQ to buy American Sentinel shell to help drive MedSupp business

Swiss Re’s digital B2B2C insurance company iptiQ has agreed a deal to buy shell company American Sentinel Insurance Company, which is a subsidiary of Aegis Security Insurance Company.
