Swiss Re shareholders approve chairman Ermotti’s re-election and commit to diversity targets
At today’s AGM, Swiss Re’s shareholders have approved the re-election of chairman Sergio Ermotti as well as rubberstamping the carrier’s commitment to increase female board representation to at least 30 percent by 2023.
