Swiss Re, Munich Re, Fidelis and Convex are among a host of international reinsurers which have dropped a legal challenge over the jurisdiction of the UK courts in a heated legal battle with aviation leasing firms and operators over whether multi-million pound disputes over jets trapped in Russia should be heard in London or Moscow.
