Swiss Re loses employment tribunal over sex discrimination and unfair dismissal

Swiss Re has lost an employment tribunal in the UK with the Central London Employment Tribunal ruling that a female underwriter was unfairly dismissed as well as upholding complaints of direct sex discrimination, sex-related harassment and maternity-related discrimination.
