Suncorp subsidiary accused of “misleading" and "deceptive conduct” in class action
Australian carrier Suncorp has confirmed its subsidiary AAI Limited is facing a class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria related to the sale of add-on insurance products at car dealerships.
