Stone Ridge’s NYDIG launches Sapnar-led insurance business with Starr and Liberty backing

Stone Ridge’s NYDIG, a provider of bitcoin technology and investment solutions, has raised $100mn from investors including Starr Insurance and Liberty Mutual to launch an insurance solutions business led by former TransRe CEO Mike Sapnar.
