Stone Point agrees $1.95bn deal for 20% stake in Truist Insurance Holdings
Truist Financial Corporation has agreed to sell a minority stake of 20 percent in Truist Insurance Holdings to funds managed by Stone Point Capital in a $1.95bn transaction which values the company at $14.75bn as it ends a process first revealed by this publication.
