Sompo International sues Westfield Specialty over mass hiring
Sompo International has filed a lawsuit against Westfield and its new Jack Kuhn-led specialty insurance business over the “lift-out” of a group of employees, alleging breaches of fiduciary duty and contract by leaders of the group.
