Sixth Street and FlexPoint Ford acquire Enstar stakes from CPPIB

Canada’s Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has sold down its stake in legacy heavyweight Enstar to entities linked to private equity firms Sixth Street and FlexPoint Ford.
