Sixth Circuit affirms another insurer win in Covid-19 BI appeal
The Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has affirmed the lower court’s dismissal of a Covid-19 business interruption case brought by a bridal salon against Owners Insurance, the fourth such ruling by the court and the ninth straight win for insurers in US federal court appeals.
