Scor trims Covéa’s holding and sells stake to BNP Paribas Cardif
Scor has unveiled plans to buy back a 5.01 percent stake in the firm held by French mutual Covéa for €252mn ($264.7mn) and then sell the shares to BNP Paribas's insurance business BNP Paribas Cardif.
