Scandal-hit broker Hauser embroiled in legal disputes with execs that left for CAC and Roehr
Hauser has been accused of trying to unfairly punish former employees who joined CAC Specialty and The Roehr Agency, in filings made in litigation over departures that followed the Cincinnati-based broker’s chairman Mark Hauser being charged with conspiracy to commit fraud.
