RSA settles £150mn shareholder suit
More than 100 institutional investors have agreed to settle their £150mn ($167mn) lawsuit against RSA, which accused the insurance group of defrauding the market by overstating its profits and failing to disclose a decline in reserves which later caused a dip in its shares.
