RSA names ex-Aviva UK CEO Hodges as chair under Intact ownership
RSA has announced that Mark Hodges, former CEO of Aviva UK and British Gas, will take on the position of chair following the completion of the carrier’s proposed takeover by Intact Financial Corporation and Tryg A/S.
