R&Q’s Accredited pens LPT with Californian insurance pools

Accredited Surety Casualty, the US program insurer owned by London-listed legacy and program specialist R&Q, has penned a loss portfolio transfer (LPT) agreement with pool insurers Northern California Regional Liability Excess Fund (NCR) and Statewide Association of Community Colleges (SWACC).
