Riverstone acquires two Cayman-based captives

Fairfax-owned run-off manager Riverstone has purchased the Cayman-based captives, GMPCI Insurance Company Ltd. (GMPCI) and Seaside Indemnity Alliance Company Ltd. (Seaside).
