Report: DoJ did not give Aon-WTW a “last rites” meeting
Aon and Willis Towers Watson were not given the chance to have a so-called “last rites” meeting ahead of the Department of Justice filing a lawsuit to block the merger of the two brokers, a report from M&A news service CTFN has claimed.
