(Re)insurance industry should watch French climate suit on BNP Paribas
A consortium of French environmental groups has filed a lawsuit against BNP Paribas at the Paris Judicial Court in a move the activists hope will “spark public debate on the responsibility of banks, investors and insurers to combat climate change”.
