R&Q shares spike after £482mn takeover offer
London-listed Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd (R&Q) has seen its shares leap this morning after accepting a £482mn takeover offer from its largest shareholder Brickell which also includes a commitment to inject $100mn of new equity funding into the business.
