QIC reports $35.9mn loss on pandemic impact

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) – the parent of Lloyd’s carrier Antares and Bermuda-based Qatar Re – reported a consolidated net loss of QR131mn ($35.98mn) for the nine months ended 30 September, driven by the negative impact of Covid-19.
