Purdue sues its insurers for $3.3bn of opioid litigation coverage

Purdue Pharma has sued its insurers, seeking a ruling that it is entitled to $3.3bn of coverage under its policies to help pay some of the liability the OxyContin maker faces from thousands of opioid mass tort claims.
