Pub chain’s £845mn BI suit to reach High Court in June
The multi-million-pound lawsuit brought by hospitality group Stonegate against insurers MS Amlin, Liberty Mutual and Zurich over business interruption cover for Covid-related losses is to be heard in the High Court next June, with the case set to challenge issues left unresolved by the UK’s test case.
