Prime presses ahead with New York admitted company and considers sidecar structure
US specialty insurer Prime Holdings Insurance Services (PHIS) is in the process of seeking approval to establish a New York admitted insurer to write primary auto and is also looking at structures to bring additional capital alongside its carrier operations to support its growth plans, The Insurer can reveal.
