PRA boss rejects calls to make London market regulation more competitive

The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA)’s Sam Woods has dismissed calls from senior London market executives for the introduction of a primary competitiveness remit for financial services regulators, claiming such a move could harm the attractiveness of the UK financial sector.
