Porch adds California carrier and enters home warranty market with $87mn deals
Home services-focused software platform Porch Group has agreed to buy CSE Insurance from Covéa and home warranty specialist American Home Protect (AHP) for a combined $87mn with the two deals set to further expand its full-stack insurance presence and add a further $40mn of annualized revenues.
