Pollen Street to acquire run-off CIS General Insurance
Soteria Insurance, the former Co-op Insurance underwriting business acquired by UK MGA Markerstudy for £185mn in 2020, has been placed into run-off, with its management in talks to sell the platform to private equity backer Pollen Street Capital.
