PCF sues partner agency Rice and ex-owner Fritts over alleged earn-out fraud
PCF Insurance Services has sued partner agency Rice Insurance Agency and its owner James Fritts amid allegations that Rice’s financial records have been manipulated to “deliberately inflate” earn-out payments, with the expansive broker estimating it has already suffered “tens of millions of dollars in damages”.
