P&C software platform CCC to go public in $968mn Dragoneer Spac transaction
CCC Information Services is to list on the New York Stock Exchange after merging into a special purpose acquisition company created by a Dragoneer Investment Group affiliate in a deal that includes a private investment in public equity buy-in and values the software platform at $7bn.
