Oxbridge Re share price surges on activist investor move
Shares in Oxbridge Re jumped more than 70 percent in after hours trading after activist investor Custodian Ventures said on Tuesday it had acquired 9.9 percent of the Cayman Islands-based reinsurer’s ordinary shares and called on its board and management to explore strategic options.
