Outback Steakhouse operator sues FM Global on $100mn policy
The operator of about 100 Outback Steakhouse locations has sued Affiliated FM Insurance (AFM) for coverage of its business interruption (BI) losses from Covid-19, the latest big-ticket lawsuit filed against the FM Global subsidiary.
