Optis: North American broker/agent M&A up 30% in 2021 to over 1,000 deals
North American agent and broker M&A transactions broke the thousand mark for the first time last year after an increase of 30 percent to 1,034 compared with 2020, with a 26 percent increase recorded in the fourth quarter deal volume, according to figures from Optis Partners.
