Optis: 2022 agent/broker M&A falls to lowest Q1 volume since 2016
North America insurance agent and broker M&A fell 14 percent to 149 recorded transactions in the first quarter compared with the same period of last year – the lowest first quarter volume since 2016 – according to Optis Partners.
