Oil and gas exit: Munich Re’s Hoare says climate change demands “proactive stance”
Munich Re Syndicate’s momentous decision to exit traditional oil and gas underwriting with effect from 1 January 2023 will allow it to focus its efforts on supporting the energy transition by absorbing technical risks, according to its group CUO Dominick Hoare.
