NJ Supreme Court affirms $400mn Sandy coverage ruling
The Supreme Court of New Jersey has affirmed a ruling that a $100mn flood sublimit does not apply to NJ Transit’s water damage arising from 2012’s Superstorm Sandy and that it is entitled to the full $400mn in policy limits.
