NHC further reduces Hurricane Ian’s Tampa Bay storm surge forecast
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has revised its Hurricane Ian peak storm surge forecast for Tampa Bay downwards in a move which will likely reduce expectations for overall insured losses from the event, as the organization extended its hurricane warning south to Chokoloskee.
