NextEra working on surplus lines launch with former Aspen exec Kania
US utility giant NextEra Energy is developing a surplus lines insurance platform that will write third party business and has already hired former Aspen executives Tim Kania and Daniel Murphy as it embarks on a recruitment drive and readies for launch, The Insurer can reveal.
