New Mexico AG argues against CDI conservatorship of CIC

The dispute over the California Department of Insurance (CDI)’s conservatorship of California Insurance Company (CIC), an Applied Underwriters subsidiary, has taken another turn with New Mexico’s attorney general asking to submit an amicus brief in the conservation proceedings in California state court.
